To the owner of Banana Berry you have a HUGE liability with your assistant manager who was working Saturday 4/18/26. A friend of mine walked in with his son and my son at 3:20pm and ordered some smoothies. I joined them at 3:25pm. I walk up to the counter and order a smoothie for my son and he says “we’re closed”. So I ask what time do you close? he says 3:30pm. When I show my phone showing 3:25pm he shrugged his shoulders and didn’t care. I asked for a manager and he said he was in charge. He told me the blenders were clean and he didn’t want to dirty them again.
So let me get this straight, an assistant manager changes the hours of operation to leave early, clean equipment early, not service the customer, disrespects the customer and deprives a child from having a smoothie, loses revenue for your location? You need to reevaluate that position ASAP. Unbelievable this is what you have at your establishment. You lost a new customer and another who has been going there for years.

Went there 3 times on vacation
vacation. Very professional staff, answers all your questions. They make food efficiently with a nice presentation. Nice seasonings and combinations if you're a vegan/vegetarian. Highly recommend.

If you’re looking for a really good smoothie place in Miami, this is the spot! The smoothies are absolutely delicious—honestly the best I’ve ever tasted. They are fresh, natural and fruity. There are no dyes or artificial flavorings. I highly recommend it, and you should definitely go try it out!

I went with my cousin, we really wanted an healthy breakfast, no eggs, bacon, etc. We had both the same, toast with avocado and top with feta and beautiful strawberry! We had a delicious fruit drink!

I can't believe I've been walking past this place all year without stopping in! I’m moving this week and finally decided to give it a try. To my absolute delight, this is the best juice I’ve ever had in Miami! The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is just so cute and cozy—it's definitely a spot where I could bring my work to study. I live just around the corner at the Gables, and I’m kicking myself for not discovering this gem sooner! Seriously, don’t make the same mistake I did! Go check it out as soon as you can! I'm going to try and sneak a few more stops in before I leave.

Loved this charming smoothie, salad, & sandwich shop! Andrea & Kevin were friendly and helpful. Had the funly (made that word up lol) named Yan & Yen smoothie and it was tasty!! They have a great special between 11AM-4PM that includes wrap or salad and a smoothie. Will definitely be back!

I love this place. It's pricey but good. I can't stand it though when they close an hour and a half earlier than advertised. I try to call ahead too and no one answers. I get it that sometimes the hours on Google are wrong but they are confirmed it and everything. I go an hour and a half before closing and it looks like this. It only sucks because the food is so good.

Although a bit pricey (I also added peanut butter), the acai bowl was exactly what I was looking for: rich acai, plenty of fruits, and no skimming on peanut butter. Little bit out of the way than the rest of miracle mile but really good place!

I’ve driven past this smoothie shop a few times and was very anxious to try it. I walked in this week and ordered a medium Caribbean Breeze smoothie that came with mango, pineapple and coconut shavings, I added strawberries and banana to my smoothie. It was ready in such a short time frame, the service was good and fast, the ambiance was inviting and relaxing. Love the outdoor relaxed decor. I will definitely go back.
