Arrived for breakfast, Andrea was very helpful & knowledgeable. Kudos to her for multitasking. Omelet was great, wish I ordered a 2nd round. Visit dedicated to my then German American ex girlfriend who looks like Lagertha from a vikings tv show. As she'd say "Enough money to dine, including gratuity." And "Pay it Forward, when it comes to good service. Or Pow right in your kisser (meaning me) & to the moon lol." Arrived afternoon, gratitude to the front desk young man for directions to the restaurant. Alejandro my server, excellent with detail & service. I ordered Braised Short Ribs, well cooked & well received. While the dish came with good presentation. Just used the garnish on the mashed potatoes instead of all over the dish. For dessert I ordered Rustic Apple Tart, good portions. Let me say good setting, good food, & above all good customer service. Visit dedicated to my then German American ex girlfriend who looks like Lagertha from a vikings tv show. She'd say "When given good service, Pay it Forward or Pow right your kisser (meaning me) and to the moon lol 😆." Cue in the song "The Anvil of Crom" by Basil Poledouris and song "Lose My Mind" by Don Toliver (ft. Doja Cat) 🇺🇸🇩🇪🎸✌️🙏
Update: On February 7th. I dined for dinner. I ate the Classic Burger. The toasted buns, compliment the cooked beef patty, & fries gave it a good combo. Cheesecake with its strawberry layer topping added a nice touch.

I never write reviews but I wanted to take a moment to thank Travis and wonderful team at Ventanas for hosting such a spectacular New Year’s celebration. The entire restaurant was beautifully decorated - every detail felt festive, elegant, and thoughtfully done. The service was truly immaculate from start to finish, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of.
My friends and I had an absolute blast. We felt so welcomed and accommodated the entire evening, which made the experience even more special. It was the perfect way to ring in the New Year, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Thank you for creating such a memorable night!

Amazing restaurant and bar! This is a sophisticated restaurant with a wonderful menu and delicious food. You can see the passion to deliver the best is with the staff and owners, the chef made the effort to come and discuss the menu to ensure I was satisfied without being prompted. The owners where very welcoming , there was wonderful calm live music and beautiful decor and views surrounding. I think this is perfect for dates family and friends , I'll be back again soon , Thanks Ventanas for a perfect evening :)

We ordered Cuban sandwiches and fries. Very tasty. We got impeccable service from Miguel and loved the low key vibe after a long day of travel.

This is the 3rd time I eat here. The food never disappoints. I’ve had the steaks, salmon & appetizers. I’m leaving a review because I really enjoyed it. Food was amazing & I actually struck up an interesting conversation with other diners.

Our waiter Javier was attentive and polite, the food was amazing, we enjoyed chimichurri churrasco and the seafood cazuela and then had the amazing tres leche. We sat outside and it was perfect.

I stayed at the Four Points hotel and didn’t expect much from the restaurant. I had dinner there and actually had an excellent food experience. I ordered the grilled chicken salad and it was very pleased. The salad was well seasoned and the chicken perfectly cooked.
As a dessert, I ordered the chocolate cake and it was by far one of the best cake I’ve had in a long time.
Highly recommend this restaurant for its good food, reasonable price and low-key vibe (even if you’re aren’t staying in the hotel).
