This place its really nice!
Starting with their atmosphere that is really simple and cozy, the details on their tables and bar can let you know how real it is.
The attention was 10/10 the girl was really nice and attentive not rushing you and clarifying all your questions.
The coffee it's really good, flavor and temperature on point.
We ordered 2 croquets for appetizers one was ham and the other one spinach, both were really good.
For meals we ordered two sandwiches the tinta y cafe and the madurito, the second was ANOTHER THING really well balanced with the sweet of plantain.
To finish dessert we got the flan it was a 10/10.
Thank you for this experience with out pretentious goals and just really good food!
We will definitely be back.

Probably my best bfast in this trip to Miami.
The vibe is awesome, very local. People talk to each other, not to the phone. The waiters & cooks even eat their breakfast in the kitchen at their rare idle time. I don’t care for that, we are all human and get hungry in an early sunday morning. If we want standardization, Mc Donald would fits well.
The waiters are cheerful and very attentive to detail. One guy even pick the little paper trash on my table while i am eating. No wonder the cafe is clean and neat even they have many customer line up.
Food is simple, no fancy but yummy.
They get the Michelin Bib Gourmand for a reason.

Cool cafe con un toque Latino (with a Latin touch). As a bilingual DJ in Miami, South Florida, Key Largo, Islamorada, and the Florida Keys, I appreciate the kind hospitality here (and the Latin twist lol) with a few exceptions.
Enjoyed the overall vibe but it was pretty crowded when I visited at lunch time, so wait times for a table and to get your order can be long. Another minus is that there’s no free wifi. It's hard to comprehend why a cafe would not offer this, especially since it's at a minimal investment since so many from the local businesses as well as other guests likely come here to work on their devices. They should definitely address this. Overall a pretty cool experience I'd recommend if you consider the above minuses. Parking can be difficult too. Didn't order food so I cant comment on that, except to say it LOOKS good and I enjoyed the hip Latin twist of the menu.

Tinta y Cafe is my favorite sandwich shop in Miami, my favorites the TFC (crispy chicken breast), Bori (egg), and in my opinion one of the best burgers in town, la frita burger, which they only make on fridays.
Their dining area is not that large, so getting a table could be a 15 min wait minimum, and if in a rush you could always pre order or place an order at their walk-up ventanita and sit at the first come first serve outdoor terrace area.
In summary, just go, enjoy a great meal!

Delicious food and great atmosphere. Their cubano sandwich is called Patria but there’s another sandwich identical except on “media noche” bread and *chefs kiss* is it delicious. It’s called Noche Entera. The bread is just ever-so sweet, bright yellow and crispy and tender. Cubano elevated. Try it

Absolutely perfect breakfast sandwich. Really cool atmosphere. Great service and nice people. Just an all around great experience. If you’re visiting the area, this place is a must. Breakfast sammich with the media noche bread and strawberry jam was legit. Cafe con leche with regular milk and one sugar was perfect.

Cozy and charming space. Best dirty chai ever and coffee was so creamy. Sandwiches were delicious! Super friendly staff. Highly recommend, worth the stop!

This place totally deserves its Michelin recognition. We liked it so much we went twice during our stay in Miami. The coffee is exceptional (we had cortadito and cafe con leche). The soups were packed with flavor, the croquettes and empanadas were awesome, as were the sandwiches (the bread really makes it). I liked that cafe discourages phone use so that customers commune more. We met regulars at our table each time we went, à good sign. Wait staff was efficient and very courteous despite the place being packed. Score a cool t-shirt if you can!

Pleasantly surprised when I stumbled on this gem! Super glad I did. Wait wasn’t too long (it was a weekday though) sandwiches were great and we also enjoyed the croquettes. Favorite thing I hade was an iced mocha latte. Service was speedy but never felt rushed. Bookmarked for sure

Without a doubt, Tinta Y Cafe has some of the best sandwiches and coffee in all of Miami. If not the best, they are easily in the top three for sure. Their ham croquetas are made in-house and have a unique flavor unlike any others. The El Madurito sandwich was incredible. I've never tasted anything like it before. What an amazing sandwich! Whenever we're in Miami, this place is now our go-to spot and a must-visit. There's a reason they have earned and maintained a Michelin Bib Gourmand, and you can taste why with every bite. Simply amazing.

My fiancé and I recently went here, and we LOVED IT!!!
We thought the vibes were amazing and tbh the prices were pretty good too. We moved to Miami from LA about a year ago, and LA has a big cozy coffee shop culture where you can sit down and work for hours at a cafe.
We’ve been struggling to find places like that in Miami. And even though I don’t think you can pull hours of work at Tinta y Cafe, it definitely feels as cozy as the ones we used to go to in LA.

One of my favorite cafe restaurants in CG. Has a cozy at-home vibe to it, you almost forget you’re in a restaurant. The food was amazing as well; had eggs, bacon and pan con mantequilla!

Stopped here on my last day in town and wish it had been the first. The coffee was great, the food was great, and whoever decided to give you water while you wait…. We thank you. Got the Nutella croissant, and the Cuban they were 🔥🔥🔥🔥

This Michelin-starred restaurant is a must-visit for foodies and coffee enthusiasts alike! The food and coffee were simply exceptional. I was delighted to have chosen this place for my coffee tour, and the staff went above and beyond to make my experience even more enjoyable. They were not only friendly but also provided valuable recommendations for other coffee spots in the area. If you’re ever in Coral Gables, be sure to make a stop at this gem!

Food is consistent and delicious. I’m not a fan of the plantain chips. The wait for about 15 minutes. The service is 11/10 they make sure you are always good and keep water in your cup. Small spaces to sit and eat uncomfortable for a big guy like me. They hardly ever have pasteles made they only had cheese left but they were delicious as usual just a lil cold.

There couldn't be a better place to try Cuban sandwiches! I had the chance to taste some of the best sandwiches I've ever had here. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and everything is prepared right in front of you, which really adds to both the flavor and the trust. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and full of energy, and the staff are welcoming and clearly passionate about what they do. Plus, the quality here is not just my opinion — the place was awarded by Michelin in 2022, 2023, and 2024, which speaks for itself. Eating here is not just a meal; it's a real experience. I can't wait to come back again!

This place is tiny! Literally 1 table that fits 6, another one that fits 4 (tightly) and a seating area for four. Oh! There’s the bar area too, I forgot about that.
If you are going to go please do not go during peak hours. It’s way too hectic. Specially for a neighborhood coffee house!
Two coffees I would recommend are the sachi-mocha and el pecado (which is made with condensed milk, evaporated milk and sugar).
We ordered the coffees at the little ventanita while we waiting for a table and was told that we couldn’t take the drinks inside - but when we were sat, they let us bring the coffees inside.
Ton of sandwiches to choose from. Think sandwiches from Spain basically but also Cuban sandwiches. El gallego (cantimpalo, prosciutto, tomato and manchego cheese) was pretty good and so was el guajiro (pork or chicken, Swiss, special sauce and sautéed onions).
Parking is very limited but there’s ample parking around the area.

Wow! This was so good! The staff was so friendly and helpful, the vibe is a quiet coffee shop / cafe / bakery and the food was absolutely phenomenal.
We loved absolutely everything we tried and you should definitely come check it out!

Tinta y Café in Coral Gables is a small but charming spot that feels like stepping into a nostalgic time capsule from the ‘70s and ‘80s. The decor is warm and inviting, with floor-to-ceiling windows letting in plenty of natural light, making it a perfect place to sit back and enjoy a good meal.
Being featured on the Bib Gourmand Michelin Guide says a lot about the quality and value you get here, and it definitely lives up to the hype. My friends and I went all in on the croquettes—ham and bacalao—as well as El Croquetón and Calena sandwiches. The ham croquettes were some of the best I’ve had in Miami, packed with flavor. El Croquetón, a Cuban sandwich with a croquette inside, was next-level, with tender pork and the perfect crunch. The Calena was light and refreshing, with cilantro adding a nice fresh kick.
Of course, no visit would be complete without some strong Cuban coffee, and Tinta y Café delivers. Service was quick, friendly, and on point. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick bite or a relaxed coffee break, this place never disappoints. Definitely a must-visit in the Gables!

What a breath of fresh air. Cozy and warm little place, the decor takes you to exactly what they are trying to portray. The ambiance and service are incredible. The food was espectacular, coffee was phenomenal. We walked in simply based on a couple reviews we had read but we are so glad we did.
We will definitely be back numerous times!
