Honestly I just want to start off that nothings going to change from this review I have because all they send is some ai messages to respond but all I have to say is that horrible customer service skills and they make it seem like it’s a hassle just to be nice to you The food is not bad but when it’s time to pay the worker had such a rude face towards and left my bowl there without asking if I wanted a to go bag or anything. Really unprofessional and If I was manger I would really look into my workers customer service skills before hire. I rather go to just salad that’s not that far away better food and way better customer service skills!!

Coming from nyc I was so excited to find a sweet green, but they literally put 4 small chicken cubes in the crispy rice bowel that I paid $20 for 😭😭🫠🫠

Terrible service!! I was waiting for them to open to order my meal and wasn’t even greeted by the workers when they saw me outside, they just ignored me. I was waiting patiently until opening even though there were over 10 employees in the store, one of them should have said to come in with 5 minutes left since the door was already open. The girl who made my meal was Luke warm at best and wasn’t cheerful or pleasant. She rings me up then leaves my bowl in the counter and walks away until I have to ask her to please hand me a bag for my to go order… she looked confused when I asked for a bag. Terrible attitude from the team and what seems to be the manager that ran some type of morning meeting but didn’t even bother to say hello.

Worst location for customer service. On a to go online order. That says ready @1.35 pm
They did not even start on it till 1.50 pm. There were no customers in line and only 2 customers that came in in the 20 plus minutes I waited. 4 or 5 people working and no body moving. Lazy employees tanking the brand. Food is 👍 👌. SG get the Cava Hiring team to help resurrect your brand.

I had an problem with my last order, but this company resolved it with great kindness and professionalism. The manager was very attentive. Every time I’ve come here for lunch, all the staff have been very friendly. The quality of service is impeccable – something rare these days.

My latest experience with them was phenomenal, at my job we had a little issue with paying process for the bill. But Kareena was not only able to have patience with our company and guest. But also still work on our payment process, while our order was being put together.
I really appreciate the service, I received today from Kareena and staff.

Solid place to get personalized salads. They're signature bowls are also very good. The staff are great. Niuvys is always so pleasant and attentive.

Painfully slow, they just can’t move fast enough. 4 members in the staff, but all of them were just fixing one order, while 5 other customers are just waiting for pickup. Explains the current rating of this store. This store needs to train its staff. Right now, they are abysmal at their jobs.
Salad itself was just stems, and the bread was stale. Will not recommend. Take your monies elsewhere.

I absolutely love the Sweetgreen in Coral Gables! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly crafted. Niuvys consistently goes above and beyond with her customer service—her warm smile and attention to detail make each visit a pleasure. Just got my two orders to go and one is missing sweet potatoes and the portions are tiny. Not sure what happened to this sweet greens but it keeps getting worse in quality and quantity they serve. Not coming back to this location.
