Great place and amazing food, a bit pricey but understandable due to location in Coral Gables. Service could have been a bit faster but overall very warm and welcoming crew. The seating/eating area is simple and functional but could use a revamp soon to be nicer and more fitting with the area. Will come back again!

This place is a hidden Gem! Loved the food. The soup had lots of beef and a variety of vegetables. The prices were perfect. Can't wait to come back and try other items on the menu.

This is the best Venezuelan spot in Coral Gables. Nothing comes close. The empanadas are magnificent and everything else is delicious as well. Jose and Andres always provide wonderful service!

The food was great, but the service was very disappointing, from our server to the woman who charged us. We weren’t even shown our bill; we were simply asked to pay, and we were charged for extra empanadas that we never received. This is Miami, where there are countless great places to eat, and we chose your restaurant. Please work on improving your customer service.

Tried Punto Criollo for a quick coffee and snacks after coming out of the Colombian embassy . The places is well located , nice location, is smaller but has a great food ,great for coffee and great service.

Hours of operation are until 6 p.m. on Sundays, but they don’t take any more customers past 5:35. BAD SERVICE and NO Customer service. I won’t be back! You don’t treat customers that way, especially in front of everyone. I get that you want to leave at a decent time, but we weren’t going to order big plates. Nothing hard to make. ZOOM in to the picture. You’re lying by saying you’re open until 6pm.

Punto Criollo in Coral Gables is a must-visit if you're craving authentic Venezuelan food! I had the carne mechada with rice, black beans, and cheese - everything was flavorful and cooked perfectly. The beef was tender, the beans rich, and the cheese tied it all together.
The tequeños were golden and cheesy - seriously addictive! I also had a papelón con limón, which was super refreshing and balanced the meal beautifully.
The vibe is cozy, and the staff is friendly and attentive. I'll definitely visit again soon.

Best pan de jamon in Miami without a doubt, soft, moist, and delicious! Can't wait to try other foods from their menu, it's a hidden gem I just discovered next to my job.

Probably the most delicious arepas I can remember having in a long time! The pabellón arepa was magnificent - so rich and flavorful, meat cooked beautifully, the beans so soft and well seasoned, the cheese fresh and the plantains grilled perfectly. No critiques possible of that one. The arepa itself is good as well- chewy and crispy on the edges. Would recommend 100%. Only note is that the food took longer than I expected (maybe 20-25 minutes or so) even though I was the only customer dining in but I will wait for good food. The service was great otherwise, very nice and helpful and attentive.

Great spot behind Miracle Mile. This was my first time come for lunch and they have a great lunch special. The pasticho was INSANELY delicious. The sopa de auyama was also very good. Service was quick and the waiters were very friendly and welcoming. Very casual ambiance. Will definitely be back!!
