We always enjoy coming to Happy Wine! We love the atmosphere, it’s cozy, relaxing, and a great place to unwind. Taymi is our waitress every time we visit, and she always takes great care of us. She’s so friendly, remembers that we’re teachers, and always makes us feel welcome. The service is always excellent, and she makes every visit even better. We definitely look forward to coming back!

In my opinion, this is one of the best restaurants in Miami. The food is excellent quality, and the service from all the staff was outstanding. I especially want to recognize our waitress, Lia, who was exceptional throughout our visit. Honestly, I have nothing negative to say. An excellent experience the singer, besides being beautiful, makes you feel very special with her songs.

This is a place where simplicity meets excellence!
Walls covered with racks of wine bottles organized by origin and type, from low cost to the fines, all at reasonable price. You pick the one you like, bring it to your table and the fun and joy starts!
Tapas and food are delicious and well presented.
Service is great and friendly.
Life music is perfect for the momemt.
You should try it! I will come back.

Happy Wine Calle Ocho is a wonderful spot to enjoy great food, wine, and atmosphere in the heart of Calle Ocho. The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it perfect for a relaxed evening with friends or a casual date night. The wine selection is excellent, with options for every taste. Our experience was made even better thanks to Wilmer, our server, who was absolutely amazing, friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable. He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and gave excellent recommendations.
The food is flavorful and well presented. Everything we tried was fresh and delicious, and the portions were just right.
Overall, Happy Wine Calle Ocho offers great service, quality food, and a fantastic atmosphere. Highly recommended especially if you’re lucky enough to be served by Wilmer!

Happy Wine on 8th is by far one of the best spots for a great happy hour. But it’s more than that — the weekends come alive with live music and a warm, Spaniard-style atmosphere. The food and the massive selection of wines from around the world truly make you feel like you’re vacationing in Spain.
The service is phenomenal, and they really give you that homey vibe. The food tastes like something you’d enjoy in Ibiza on a hot summer day. If you’re looking for a great night out without the crowded Miami scene, this is the place to go.
It’s a hidden gem, and I highly recommend

Great experience at Happy Wine on Calle Ocho. Thais, the manager, was awesome — super friendly and very knowledgeable about wine. She recommended a Rivera del Duero that was perfect. Excellent service and great vibes. Highly recommend!

Happy place, very convivial with an extensive collection of wine from around the world. Bottles can be purchased "to go" or open and drank on premises at a slightly higher price. They now have a larger menu with delicious food. It is a perfect place to meet up with friends. They also often have live music which brings a nice vibe and entertaining and warm atmosphere. Prices are a bit higher than they used to but still a good deal compared to buying wine bottles in other restaurants.

Ole is the most amazing waitress. Food and wine was exactly what we needed before getting to the airport. Happy hour specials are comparable to swfl prices. This will be my go to if and when I fly out of MIA

I love this place; my favorite restaurant / bar in Miami. Food is great (surprisingly good for a wine bar), music / ambiance is awesome and service is super (best is Thaimi)! One of the best values in town…highly recommended!

The place is a vibe…really embodies what Calle ocho is really about…amazing food, wine, music and friends. The staff goes over and beyond expectations especially Thais. She’s really amazing and makes sure that you’re taken care of. Food is super delicious. All the wines you can possibly imagine to choose from. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re in town.

Happy Wine Calle 8 is a cozy wine bar and restaurant in Little Havana that’s been around for over 18 years and it shows. The moment you walk in, you’re surrounded by walls of wine, warm lighting, and a relaxed, welcoming vibe. It’s no wonder The New York Times named it one of the top 25 restaurants in the country.
I started with a glass of red wine and their croquetas crispy, creamy, and packed with flavor. Then came the gazpacho, super refreshing with bold tomato and garlic notes. For my main dish, I tried the Mediterranean dorada with creamy risotto, and it honestly blew me away. The fish was cooked just right, and the risotto was rich and perfectly balanced.
To end, I had a profiterol with Porto wine light, sweet, and such a satisfying finish. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about both the wine and food. You can feel the love they put into the place, especially with the owners often walking around checking on guests.
If you’re into good food, great wine, and local spots with real character, this one’s a must.

A place where every visit becomes an unforgettable experience. Located on the vibrant and famous Calle Ocho, this spot offers much more than just great food. Each dish is a delight for the palate, crafted with care and authentic flavor (Dates with blue cheese, garlic shrimp, steamed mussels, a mouthwatering cut of beef, and an impressive selection of wines). The atmosphere, enhanced by an extraordinary musical selection, creates the perfect setting to enjoy. The space is cozy and warm, and the service… simply unbeatable. We keep coming back because we love it in every way.

Such a fun place! Delicious tapas food, great service, fun picking the wine off the shelves- and bonus live music and good vibes on the Friday night we were there.
