Calm, welcoming vibes with no rush — just time to enjoy incredible food. We ordered lobster with steak, a dry-aged cut with crispy brussels sprouts, and wagyu. Every bite was rich, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Truly a memorable dining experience!

Ribeye! One of the best I've ever had is here at the Coral Gales Fleming's. Juicy and savory throughout! The filet mignon is also delicious, with an added lobster tail. The service is outstanding, and the atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed. Our maître d' Taneka greeted us and presented us with a small anniversary card, very nice. Omar was out server and we felt at home like he was hosting us at his house, with great recommendations, and very responsive. Jordan and Miguel took care of at the bar before with a glass of crisp chilled champagne, and after with an espresso martini that was perfectly balanced between sweet and bold. We are looking forward to go back to try the Burger & Caymus!

Had the most amazing anniversary dinner! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and seated right away. Omar provided us with amazing customer service and was attentive to everything we needed. The staff was friendly and made us feel special. I will definitely come back and recommend. 💕

One if the best meals we have had in a long time!! Worth every cent and then some. Our waiter (I believe his name is Christopher!) was an absolute joy.
A most welcoming atmospheres for a high end steakhouse! Absolutely delicious!

Excellent place for lunch, dinner, meet up with friends for happy hour and enjoy their treats. I had their “Burger and Caymus” wine 🍷 while waiting for friends to arrive for happy hour. The MOST delicious burger I have had in a very long time, period!! Super tasty, filled with fresh tomatoes, lettuce, caramelized onions, pickles, and come very hungry because it’s enormous! Plus, their French fries are to die for, and I am not a fries person… The wine was excellent and then, time for Margaritas!! Regular Margaritas were excellent, my friends had Cosmos. Also delicious according to the comments. The server was super friendly and nice, Natasha. Overall, a great spot! Also brought my little Chikita as my service dog 🐕🦺! All went smoothly and will definitely be back for more soon.

We went for the Miami Spice lunch menu. It was a hit!!
I had the beef tartar, the salmon and the cheesecake. my first time having beef tartar, and it was really good the aïoli gave it an unexpected kick and creaminess. I would definitely have it again. The salmon was on point well season cooked medium my only disappointment is that the skin was not on or at least fry the skin and garnish the salmon with it. The cheesecake was cheesecake.
my girlfriend had the salad, the steak with the chimichurri and the gooey chocolate cake. She enjoyed every plate as well and wants to come back.
Overall, our most enjoyable part of our lunch was our waiter Marco. he was friendly, vigilant, made sure our needs were taken care of and we had leftover dessert. He packed everything for us.

I had an incredible early dinner on my birthday at Fleming’s, and my server Omar made it unforgettable. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm “Happy Birthday” and got to choose my table. Omar was attentive, friendly, and genuinely made me feel celebrated. He checked in often, made great recommendations, and ensured everything was perfect. The food and drinks were amazing as expected. The team even surprised me with a birthday card and a framed photo to take home. Omar’s service truly elevated the entire experience!

If you are celebrating a special occasion, this is the place to go since they pay attention to every single detail . We celebrated a birthday and our waiter Omar was outstanding . You really cannot beat the service and all the details from decorations on the table , birthday card , complimentary dessert , picture, champagne. Everything was outstanding . Highly recommended

Exceptional Dining Experience with Outstanding Service from Omar. We clebrated a birthday lunch and while the food was excellent—as expected—the highlight of our lunch was the outstanding service provided by our server, Omar. From the moment we were seated, Omar made us feel genuinely welcome. He was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and gave thoughtful recommendations that enhanced our entire experience. Whether it was suggesting the perfect wine pairing, explaining steak temperatures with confidence, or just checking in at the right moments, Omar struck the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and truly cares about the guest experience. His service elevated an already great meal into something truly memorable. If you’re visiting Fleming’s, I highly recommend asking for Omar—you won’t be disappointed.

First time visit to Flemings in the Gables. We were celebrating my nieces graduation. Very welcoming staff and our server Alejandro was very helpful, knowledgeable and made the visit extra pleasant.
I had a lobster bisque and fillet mignon. The food was exceptional and as good as I hoped it to be. I would certainly recommend and look forward to another visit.

Amazing experience! Great food, great wine, great atmosphere. Omar totally made the experience! 6 star service. Professional, friendly and authentic! We will definitely ask for Omar on our next visit to Flemings. Outstanding!

Flemings never disappoints! The Mother’s Day brunch was phenomenal. Our server Omar was excellent and made our experience so memorable. I highly recommend this restaurant for all your special occasions.

Fleming's is definitely a great choice for a Date night. We had a great dining experience. The staff made everything feel so special for us. Our server Alex was very nice and friendly.
We had the Tomahawk Steak, it was AMAZING and cooked to perfection. I had a Blueberry Leom Drop and it was delicious.
The shareable sides we had, the lobster mac n cheese and the Fleming's potatoes and everything was amazing.
Caesar salad was also great. Definitely make sure you leave some room for dessert because the chocolate lave cake was scrumptious!

There is not much to say other than it was an amazing dining experience. Great service, one is made to feel at home from the moment you walk in. The food was great, the starter which was the calamari was 4/5. We had a three course meal, the soup and sides were great, the steak even better, and the dessert was very good. We probably ordered too much food, but overall it was a great experience.

Our first time dining here, for a chain it had a nice comfortable atmosphere. We were a table of 6 and everyone was very happy with their dishes the steaks were perfectly cooked. The best part was the server Daynia her wine service was incredibly smooth, polished and natural without a hint of pretentiousness in fact when one of our friends ordered a glass of Moscato with his steak she acted as if that was a “normal” pairing and promptly served him a glass. We wish her well hoping she continues down the wine route. The wine list is small with lots of the usual corporate suspects however we drank well with out breaking the bank
