We had a great experience! Antoinette took great care of us. She was very attentive and kind, catering to our every need. The service was quick and the food was delicious. The pricing was also great for the area and the portions generous. I ordered an appetizer and was completely full! My fiancé got the pollo saltado and it was savory and seasoned to perfection. We highly recommend giving this place a try!

Excellent vibes all around. Food was amazing (as Peruvian food usually is) We ordered the lunch special and it was brought pretty fast and as we finished we got our main course. Amazing service. Staff was very attentive. 10/10 will recommend

The experience was great, service was very attentive, the food was timely and very delicious. The server Kevin M was very attentive and made sure we were well attended. The appetizers, drinks, and main entrees were very good. We will definitely be coming back.

No complaints, food was delicious and service from Mafer was great too. Came for a late v-day lunch on a monday and wasn't disappointed!

Really enjoyed our meal here. Got the Aji Gallina, branzino risotto and one of the ceviches. The ceviche is outstanding, the other two very good. For dessert, we got the lucuma mousse which was excellent. Overall the food was top notch. The service could be a bit better, but everyone was very nice and kind.

The best place for dinner and lunch!! Service here was excellent, and our server Enrique Iglesias was incredible. Super friendly and fun. I was recommended el pulpo a la parrilla and ceviche mixto and I had no problem licking the plate clean. I can’t recommend this place enough. Beautiful patio setting and atmosphere. Definitely will be back again when I visit Miami.

The atmosphere and food combo here was fantastic. Just what we needed for a nice evening meal after a long day! Highly recommend the croquets, so crispy and delicious. Service was friendly and super helpful explaining the menu to use since we had never been here.

We had a superb dining experience. Our party, including our canine companions, was warmly accommodated inside. The menu offered an impressive selection. The service was outstanding, with our waiter, Enrique, providing attentive, courteous, and professional service. He demonstrated extensive knowledge of the menu and offered valuable recommendations. The cuisine was exceptional, with both the main course and dessert exceeding expectations. We highly recommend this establishment.Thank you!

I dined at Costazul Peruvian Restaurant and overall had a pleasant experience. The owner, Vanessa, was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The food itself was flavorful and well prepared classic Peruvian taste.
However, the service was a bit slow, likely due to it being a busy evening and the staff appearing short-handed. The paella had great flavor but the rice was a bit undercooked, and my lomo saltado was served well-done even though I asked for medium. To their credit, the team handled the situation graciously, removing the paella from the bill on top of the 15% discount they were already offering.
Everyone was very courteous and attentive once we voiced our concerns. While the hospitality was excellent, the service fell a bit short overall. Still, with such warm staff and good flavors, I’d be willing to try it again, especially on a less busy night.

Great authentic Peruvian spot in the Gables. Truly delicious. Michael was a great server attending me during my Sunday lunch (dog friendly). I recommend the Acocado Costaazul and the TacuTacu

We hosted my daughter’s baby shower here, and it surpassed every expectation. Even with 40 guests, the food was delicious, beautifully served, and the portions were perfect. Everyone complimented how exquisite everything was. My daughter had a wonderful time celebrating with our loved ones.

Enrique has been our server twice when we've visited Costazul. He gives great recommendations and the food is top-notch. Very nice sized portions. Will definitely be back to try other dishes.

We were in town for a day and happened to come across this restaurant by chance. After dining here, the 4.9 stars absolutely make sense! We ordered a Ceviche Costazul and the Grilled Octopus. Both of them were delicious! I’m not a fan of octopus in general, but I can feast on this dish everyday - it was THAT good. The spice balance was perfect! The Ceviche was equally good, although they can tone down a little bit on the turmeric(?). Food was fresh, portion sizes were big and service was equally warm and hospitable.
Highly recommend this place to locals and visitors alike!

This restaurant was great. The service was beyond what we expected. Michael was our server. Highly recommend him as he was extremely attentive. Drinks were on point. Food was delicious. We had the octopus and the chairs mixta. Yum. Definitely coming back. Thank you for such great service.

Did not disappoint. Authentic Peruvian food. Brunch has 3 courses and a passion fruit mimosa. How do you say not to that?

Good Peruvian restaurant with a top Taste the Gables menu. We loved the ceviche with tostones, causa de langostinos, aji de gallina, lomo saltado and chocolate cake (surprisingly good too). Would def come back in the future. The service was fast and the atmosphere ok, the best was the food.

If you’re looking for authentic Peruvian cuisine with top-notch service, this restaurant is a must-visit! The quality of the food was absolutely exceptional — fresh ingredients, rich flavors, and beautifully balanced traditional dishes that truly showcase the best of Peruvian gastronomy.
What impressed me most was the consistency in the presentation of each plate. Every dish arrived looking like a work of art, clearly prepared with pride and attention to detail. It’s not just a meal — it’s a full dining experience.
The service was outstanding. Antuanet, our server, made our visit even more special. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Her warm personality and eye for detail truly elevated our experience. From start to finish, we felt genuinely taken care of.
Highly recommended — 100%. We can’t wait to come back!

Simply superb. This was my first time trying Peruvian in years. I am so glad I chose this restaurant, it was simply amazing. The inside real gave my a feel of fun and having a good time. I had the most delicious meal also. I tried the Lomo Saltado - highly recommend.

We came here for happy hour and left eating dinner. Mojitos were well made. The ceviche mixto was awesome. The lucuma postre was so on point and highly recommend it.

Recommend 100%. Excellent service. Isabel was so sweet, took her time to explain the dishes, since it was our first time here. Great outdoor seating and atmosphere. Very relaxing.
We had the lunch menu, tried the arroz chaufa, fettucine, ají de gallina, & the Leche de tigre ceviche. Everything was superv, delicious and well served. For dessert, the passion fruit creme brulee & cheesecake were delish. Cant wait to be back. Sorry only took photos of dessert.:)

Food was overall pretty good but I didn’t find it to be exceptional. With so many Peruvian restaurants in the area, competition is fierce. The Anticuchos appetizer as good but I felt the portion of meat was a bit small and I would have liked the dish to come to the table sizzling in hot oil. We ordered several dishes and appetizers and I can’t say anything stood out to mention. Service was overall good and management was onsite to assist with anything that was needed. I ordered the happy hour drink and the server told me both drinks on the 2x1 had to come out together, which I found to be odd. But I did pay in cash and had my 10 years old daughter count the money. The server came back and said I had given an extra $20 bill, so I find the honesty and integrity to be high. Great location to sit outdoors but somebody needs to remove guests that bring barking dogs. For me the food was overall average and I don’t think I will be returning.

Wonderful drinks, apps, especially the octopus and ceviche, and entrees like the branzino and lomo salteado. Even the desserts were delicious. Everything came out at the speed of light and gorgeous. Best of all, the service was stellar! Highly recommended.
