I often order delivery from this place, and it has consistently been an excellent experience. The salads are very flavorful; I usually go for the smoked salmon salad, which never disappoints.
However, the carrot cake truly deserves special mention: it is, without a doubt, the best I’ve tried in Miami. It’s incredibly light and fluffy, with just the right level of sweetness—perfectly balanced and very well executed.
I highly recommend this spot for anyone who wants to eat healthily without sacrificing taste. On top of that, the delivery service is always punctual, which makes the experience even better.

I had a great experience at Carrot Express. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. Everything tasted healthy but still delicious, which is not always easy to find.
I especially want to mention Daniel, who provided excellent customer service. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect with our order. His positive attitude really made the experience even better. I will definitely be coming back!

Disney is incredible. She helped a lot and made our dining experience great. We got the pick a pair lunch menu. Chicken-Cado ciabatta and sweet potato fries.

This was my second visit to this location, and overall, I’m a fan of what The Carrot Express offers. The menu has a great variety of healthy, fresh options, which isn’t always easy to find when you’re looking for something quick and nutritious.
That said, the pricing is definitely something to be aware of. While the quality of the food is high, this is still a fast-casual concept. It’s not the spot to grab a quick lunch if you’re trying to stay under $20. Wraps easily exceed that price point.
During this visit, I ordered the Skinny Green Smoothie, which was very good but came in at $12. My husband had the Poke Bowl Wrap, priced at $23. It did include a Cilantro sauce that complemented the wrap nicely, but drinks are not included, which pushes the total even higher.
Another drawback is the counter-service tipping setup. Suggested gratuities start at 18%, which feels steep for an order-at-the-counter experience, especially when that’s typically the baseline for full-service dining.
I’m giving this location 4 stars because I truly appreciate having healthy, quality options available. However, the high prices and tipping expectations are what ultimately kept this from earning a fifth star

One of my favorite go to spots in Miami! Even though I’ve been to most carrot express in Miami this location is always a favorite of mine. I always get a paradise açaí bowl and it is always made with perfection. The atmosphere is always very clean and the staff very pleasant.

Truly some of the worst acai I have ever eaten in my entire life. As a huge advocate for CE, today’s food was extremely disappointing. The pineapples were mid at best, and the acai mixture seemed to have been melted and then refrozen, its was just acai flavored ice.

Now I know why this place was empty upon walking in. We were charged $33 for a plate and a coffee and an accidental pre set tip of $7. Didnt say anything to not look rude and ended up paying almost $50 agaisnt my will. Got brown rotten avocado. This is not Latin America.Wont be coming back.

I got the poke bowl with tofu instead of fish… it was delicious! I also got the strawberry sunrise smoothie which was delicious but not as fruity as i hoped it would be. I was with a big group and the service was great

This was an amazing experience. The staff was very good. We had the Turkey Burger and Veggie Burger both weee delicious. I will eat here the next time I'm in Coral Gabels.

I have been a loyal customer for years until today. Lately there is always an issue from wrong food to undercooked food. But today was the last straw. Not until the sweet potato was hard as rock, not even a spoon will cut through it but it was dirty. Literally soil on it. On top of that the manager Carolina offered cero sympathy, instead she tried to justify the unjustifiable.

Exemplary salad graciously provided by very nice lady &her daughter. Loaded with nutrition kale romaine lettuce accented with tender chicken. Dressing was a touch vinaigrette with a mayonnaise. My taste buds came alive. Muy grande. Highly recommend! I worked 6 years in produce following my college days. Go Philly Eagles!

Beautiful New Store of carrot express! Perfect Service, we got a Smoothie trial and a chai Latte on the House :) the only thing I could recommend to give the customers an Option to Change the chicken from the chicken Pesto Bowl to crispy chicken even maybe with a added price. Will come back for sure!

I absolutely love CE, no only is the food delicious, its healthy/flavorful but, what made my visit even better was the amazing service I received from Silvia. She took my order with such warmth and professionalism. It's always refreshing to be greeted with a smile and genuine care.

A variety of choices in delicious smoothies! A personal favorite being the Julie’s Smoothie. Carrot Express also has one of the best açaís in Miami! Definitely my go-to lunch place after work :)

I entered, received a menu, and sat directly across from the counter on small table and waited. And waited. And waited. There were four people working, I was the only customer. I even made eye contact a few times with a gentleman who was preparing food. One of the other employees was filling little sauce containers, another was doing something in the back (she came out of the back occasionally to chat with the others), the fourth employee had her eyes fixed on the computer on the counter. After waiting for around 15 minutes I gave up and walked to the door. Still, no one made contact. Maybe they have good food, I don't know. Carrot Express? How about Carrot Really Slow.

I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent experiences with the establishment.
First, I ordered a pistachio croissant, which I found to be excessively hard and stale. Additionally, the iced matcha beverage had an unpleasant taste, resembling watered-down milk, which was unexpected given the pricing of the menu items.
On another occasion, I ordered the legal wrap, but I was quite disappointed with that as well. The wrap was supposed to contain chicken, yet there were only two small pieces included. When I heated it upon arrival, it emitted an unappealing odor.
I must express my disappointment, especially since I was very pleased with my initial visit and even went so far as to download the app. I may just have to find another place to eat at. Perhaps it's just this location. The Bayshore location on the beach produces far superior quality food items and drinks.

I love their Skinny Green smoothie but this Gables location does not make it good. I’ve tried it 3x now and it’s never the same. Whereas the Grove location is delicious every time. Not sure what’s going on but hopefully they can work on having consistent taste across all locations.

If you are into plain boiled chicken and no seasoning whatsoever, unless you add dressing after everything is cooked, then this place is perfect for you.
However, if you love eating healthy seasoned food, like rice, quinoa, and especially the protein (chicken in my case), without the need of adding a dressing then, PURA VIDA, which is nearby, it's way better.
This is just my thought after trying both places. Not sure if this is how Carrot Express usually cooks their food, but I am not eating here again.
The personnel and place however, were very nice. The only reason I'm giving it two stars

I was extremely disappointed with the breakfast I picked up this morning. The food looked nothing like the picture on the menu. With even a little bit of effort, this could have been avoided. The people preparing it surely knew that no one wants to open a to-go bag and find turkey sausages that look boiled and unappetizing. It completely ruined my appetite.
When I turned to the macchiato I ordered, the disappointment continued—the cup was less than half full. These issues were all easily preventable if the staff took more care and treated their customers with respect, rather than like sweaty pigs eating at a trough, just ready to eat anything that is thrown at them without caring about it’s appearance or taste.
The only saving grace was the green smoothie, which was as good as usual. From now on, that’s the only thing I’ll consider ordering from here.
