A huge thank you to Isabella, who was one of the event coordinators and also served during the wedding. She was truly amazing, from beginning to end. She was the first person I spoke to when inquiring and was extremely helpful in getting this event to the finish line along with Manager Alis and the other coordinator Andrea. At the event, Isabella was consistently present to check in with anything that I or anyone else needed. She even helped me mid panic attack in the bathroom over a seating layout issue that she promptly resolved. She was quick and on her feet to make sure everything was to my liking. Alongside her were Camila, Fabian, Analaura, and Cesar, they made our wedding unforgettable. Every single one of them was attentive, patient, understanding, and consistently ready to serve everyone at our event with excellence and grace.

Anything that came up was handled immediately and professionally, which allowed us to fully enjoy our night stress-free. They were so present throughout the evening and genuinely cared about making everything perfect. The girls even gave me a pep talk when I was too nervous to walk down the aisle, which meant so much to me in that moment. They had shots ready for the moment we walked out of the ceremony.

The setup looked beautiful, the food was phenomenal, and our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was. The service, drinks, food, vibe and ambience were outstanding all night long, and that is truly thanks to this incredible team, everyone had an amazing time celebrating with us.

We are so grateful for everything they did to make our wedding day so memorable. Highly recommend for any special event! We can’t wait to host our next event (baby shower perhaps 🥹) here again!!

We got the croquetas, beef short rib, bacon wrapped dates, & red sangria. Everything was amazing. The beef short rib was definitely the highlight (thanks to Sebastian’s recommendation). The bacon wrapped dates erre a little too sweet for our palettes and left us desiring a little more balance on the savory side but overall loved our meal as a whole!!! Will definitely be coming back (:

We ordered a few tapas and the Brisket Caldoso which is a seasonal option and honestly the portion size on this dish is huge! We ordered this to share and still took half of it in a box to go.

We also ordered the Cheese Croquettes, another seasonal option, the serrano croquettes are always superb and these are on the same level!

Chorizo stuffed dates also surprised me as im not a huge fan of the overwhelming flavor of chorizo but the bacon and the dipping sauce tie it up very well.

To our surprise it was happy hour when we arrived. Not a lot of places offer a happy hour on the weekend. Ordered some spanish beers, the Alhambra was really tasty.

Nick’s charisma and attention to detail elevated our evening from good to unforgettable. Whether it was refilling drinks before we asked or checking in with just the right frequency, he struck the perfect balance of hospitality and discretion. If you’re dining at Bulla, ask for Nick you’ll be in excellent hands.

Once I was in the private room event, the servers were absolutely amazing. All 3 of them communicated very well with all of us, provided great drink suggestions, made us feel welcome, and made me want to visit again.

The appetizers were absolutely delicious! My favorites were the Tequeños, Datiles Rellenos, and Brisket Montaditos. My favorite drinks were the Lavender Margarita and Green Tea Shot; I just wish they had Jameson for the authentic Green Tea Shots instead of Johnny Walker Black Label, but it was still very smooth.

We entered in a complete lack of knowledge that our server broke with the traditional Pan con Tomate, a dish that began a trip through out reinvented spanish flavors. We decided to go with the huevos rotos, the grilled octopus, patatas bravas, the Gambas al Ajillo, fried calamari, the filled dates, and the brisket montaditos. Overall, the food was amazing but it was incredible the knowledge that Joaquín had over the food, it was like the chef explaining each plate. He expressed his passion for food and his work on each plate that arrived. My mom’s birthday became an experience of flavors and new knowledge that she will never forget. Again thank you Joaquín.
