This is a nice place to go have really good food, good service and a nice atmosphere. A few veriety of delicacies with so much flavour in them. Also, they have a vast variety of cocktails in their digital cocktail menu that you can try along the entire dinner. The staff is so knowledgeable of the menu and will recommend you accordingly. Paid parking nearby.

Everything was fantastic. Photos and videos here of some things we ordered. Especially great was the trout, very simple and without sauce (maybe it could have had a little bit). The bread was unique and great. Salad Lyonnaise was perfect with thick bacon. Trout very flavorful. Deviled eggs were also great. Escargot was served with puff pastry on top, also exceptional.
I don’t really like hearing Drake played at a restaurant this good. It’s distracting and not in the vibe.

This restaurant is a gem. The service is excellent—attentive, warm, and perfectly paced. Every detail feels carefully thought out, from the bread and butter to the presentation of each plate.
I ordered the lamb, which was incredibly tender and full of flavor, perfectly balanced with the sauce and sides. My wife had the trout, beautifully cooked with a delicate texture and rich, buttery taste. Both dishes showed the kind of precision and quality you’d expect from a Thomas Keller restaurant.
The wine list is impressive, with a great selection by the glass and bottle that pairs beautifully with the menu. The ambiance is cozy and elegant, making it a perfect spot for a romantic dinner or a special occasion.
Highly recommend—it’s easily one of the best dining experiences in Coral Gables.

The food at Bouchon Bistro Coral Gables didn’t really impress me; it feels like the quality has dropped compared to previous visits. The flavors were fine but lacked the spark and finesse they used to have. On the positive side, the service was impeccable, professional, friendly, and attentive and the atmosphere remains elegant and inviting. They offer valet parking, a fresh and well-presented raw bar, and an excellent, extensive wine list. However, I find it a bit overpriced for the current quality. Still a beautiful spot for a nice evening, but not quite the standout it once was.

I had a wonderful dinner alone for a great price, thanks to Miami spice! There was complimentary bread, pistachios, and the hostess gave me a free egg/olive as well. I ordered one of the beers, escargot, steak frites, and crème caramel. Everything was delicious. The meat was cooked evenly from the first to the last cut. Overall a good time!

Our experience was excellent; all our expectations were met from the moment we were greeted at the door. We ate as if we were in Paris. The escargots were 1000% recommended, and the soup of the day was gazpacho, but not the ordinary kind; it was the best I've ever eaten, unfortunately, it's only served in the summer, I congratulate the chef for that. I must highlight Dragan's excellent service, he always treated us with his best disposition and smile...I only have two complaints: there was no butter knife, and they would clear away plates before the other person had finished them but that's a matter of better training the staff who do it. In short, we definitely want to go back again.

I don’t know what anyone says but the place is phenomenal , whether it’s the vibe/ambience, the food, the service, everything marks the spot!
We had the fua gra (which personally I didn’t like- texture person, but my partner loved! Warm fuagra on brioche bread s it should be!)
The steak and fries were AMAZING!! The combination of the caramelized shells with the butter and the beef were phenomenal and juicy! The fries were crispy and fresh. Just as they should —
The lamb was delicious — the vegetables were soft and the lamb was perfectly cooked to temperature!
The presentation was perfect, all aligned.
No fat on lamb/steak = 10/10
The desserts were nice, I would say the profiteroles need more softness.

Great French restaurant in Downtown Coral Gables. The food was good and even more value with the Taste the Gables menu! The best by far was the pastries though the steak and frites deserves a good place too. The service was fast and friendly, and the atmosphere warm and welcoming. Cheers to chef Gabe!

Absolutely fantastic dinner. Thomas Keller and his team always deliver a top notch dining experience. The best roast chicken ever! Don’t miss out on the seafood platter, the Petit Plateau and the Salade Lyonnaise. Cap off the evening with the profiteroles topped with chocolate sauce.

Last Friday, I had the pleasure of dining at a fantastic French restaurant, and it exceeded all expectations. The service was impeccable, with our waiter Jorge (I hope I'm not mistaken about his name) providing excellent attention and care throughout the evening. Every dish we tried was absolutely spectacular—flavors, presentation, and freshness were all top-notch. It was truly a memorable experience, and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience. Thank you for such an unforgettable evening!

An exceptional dining experience! The food was absolutely delicious, and the restaurant’s ambiance and décor perfectly capture the charm and elegance of Paris. If you’ve ever visited the city, you’ll feel transported back. Our server, Dragan, provided outstanding service—attentive, knowledgeable, and particularly well-versed in Bordeaux wines. Solid French bistro. The atmosphere is casual upscale. The staff is friendly, however waited too long for drinks and put in the order. The restaurant was fairly empty so just don’t be in a rush because if you are patient the food is worth it. With that said so many lovely dishes my favorites are the French fries, the roasted chicken, the lobster, French onion soup, the chocolate mousse and the lemon tart. Will return.

Bouchon is both cozy and upscale. The space is small, and the tables are close together, and that is part of the warm atmosphere. The food is phenomenal. Steak frites(add truffle to the fries), seafood tower(the best ever), French onion soup and Bibb salad, mussels, escargot, caviar service, the trout. The service is always consistently wonderful. The managers are always a pleasure to speak with, I am a Thomas Keller fan and Erin & Hunter are fun to speak with about all the different restaurants and experiences. This is my favorite restaurant and I always highly recommend it!
