We had a group of 15 children attend a dinner and movie and I can’t begin to describe the great experience and customer service we had. The food was amazing, the service was absolutely perfect! Wow everyone here deserves a raise seriously!

Delicious food, fast and attentive service, reasonable prices and free parking, you just need to validate using an iPad inside the Nordstrom store.

We visited Bazille at Nordstrom Merrick Park for our daughter’s 8th birthday today. I knew it would be special.
We started with the rosemary seasoned fries, a bowl of the crab bisque soup and the heirloom tomatoes burrata. For the main, the signature Shrimp Pomodoro Pasta was incredibly rich. The presentation was artful.
Our server Luna was exceptional. She recommended a stunning Brownie Sundae for my daughter birthday dessert and even wrote her name with chocolate syrup and had the entire staff sing her happy birthday.
The quality of food and atmosphere made it worth every penny. We will absolutely be returning for another special occasion. Highly recommended for taking out your special someone for their birthday.

Great lunch at Bazille at Nordstrom thanks to our server, Kaylin. She was sweet, knowledgeable, and attentive even during a busy lunch rush, and never made us feel rushed while we caught up.
Her recommendations were great — the Caesar salad with salmon/shrimp was delicious, and the bread pudding dessert is a must. Thank you, Kaylin! ⭐️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️An Unforgettable Icon Lunch Experience at Nordstrom
Our family had the absolute pleasure of enjoying the Icon Lunch experience at Nordstrom this week and it was truly the most beautiful way to close out the year.
From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed by the restaurant manager, which immediately set the tone for a thoughtful and elevated experience. Our waitress, Karla, was nothing short of phenomenal. She went above and beyond to accommodate every need, especially making sure my children felt welcomed, engaged, and completely delighted. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care turned a lovely lunch into a truly memorable family moment.
The food exceeded every expectation. It was not only delicious but incredibly plentiful, thoughtfully prepared, and far better than I could have imagined. Every dish felt indulgent and comforting, making the entire experience feel special and celebratory.
We left feeling grateful, happy, and full in every sense of the word. This lunch became the perfect finale to 2025 and a joyful way to step into 2026 as a family, surrounded by warmth, generosity, and outstanding service.
Kudos to Nordstrom for truly understanding what exceptional customer experience means. This is hospitality done right, and we will cherish this memory for years to come.

We had a very disappointing experience at Bazille due to the manager, Charles Anderson. My husband and I have been regular customers for over a year and always visit with our service dog, without any prior issues.
The dog never touched any furniture and stayed on my lap the entire time. Despite this, Mr. Anderson approached us in a very rude and unprofessional manner, stating the restaurant was not pet friendly. He then withheld our food for over an hour without informing us that we would not be served unless the dog was placed on the floor.
We were a group of 8 people, very hungry, and the situation was handled with poor communication and lack of respect. Management seriously needs to be reevaluated.

We come here often and really enjoy the service, food and kids menu. My one criticism is that they don’t have non dairy milk for coffee drinks. If you are going to have coffee drinks, please carry non dairy milk. Our server told us they didn’t carry it so as not to compete with the downstairs cafe however, if you have the espresso drinks you are already competing with them. So just carry the non dairy milk please!

What a hidden gem! Brazille, located on the 3rd floor inside Nordstrom at Merrick Park, is absolutely amazing. This is our second time here and everything we've ordered has been incredibly delicious. The flavors are fresh, rich, and authentic. The service? Flawless. From the moment you walk in, you're treated with warmth and attention to every detail. We used to come here often, but the food is not the same. Halibut was over done and dry, breading was thick and tasteless- see photos. I left half my meal and left hungry.

This is such a hidden gem! The food is delicious- I highly recommend the bread pudding and the French onion soup. Our waitress, Haley, was SO friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We were there for a special occasion and she made sure to make our dining experience memorable. We are definitely going to be regulars here now. Highly recommend Bazille!

So, I really wanted to give it 3 stars because of the service but I can’t because the food is just too good. Unfortunately, I arrived while they were changing shifts / someone didn’t show up for work. So we ordered after sitting down for 10 min.
Now in terms of the food, this has got to be my favorite lunch place - ever! I was lucky enough that the chef of the moment brought back their goat and berry salad. Fries and kalamatta sauce are a must AND the BRUSSELS SPROUTS. Divine! Chefs kiss
The ambiance is appropriate for the dishes and the place as it is located in the middle of Nordstrom in Villave of Merrick Park.

Arrived there early, before the restaurant opened. Its located inside Nordstrom in the third floor. Met the young Hostess named Emliy ( apologies if I got her name wrong) Eric my server gave me good service. He helped me out with my order. I ordered Shrimp Scampi Pizza, Orange juice, and Brownie with Ice Cream. As I was leaving the restaurant, I noticed it was getting busy, thats a good sign. I have been to the Nordstrom Cafe in Aventura, FL location. I enjoyed my time in Bazille. This visit dedicated to my then German American ex girlfriend. Cue in the songs: "Be the One" by Dua Lipa and "As Long As You Love Me" by Backstreet Boys. 🇺🇸 🇩🇪 🎸 ✌️

The food was good. The service was good. The atmosphere was good. But, not as good as their Tampa location because they could not find their brunch menu which caused confusion and the wrong meal being brought to my table. They do not brew a regular pot of black coffee that comes with refills saying they only have an expresso machine. The did not have the chocolate treats that come with the bill like the Tampa location.

Walked around Merrick Park today and had lunch at Bazille in Nordstrom. Food was excellent. Tarah, our server, was very nice and did a great job. They brought soup out and before we could get started they brought out the main course. Both were still good but it could have been spaced better. As we left the two girls behind the hostess stand were too busy looking at their phones to look up and say anything. But that’s ok. We went for the food. If you’re in the area, it’s worth a stop over.

Let me start by saying Karla, our server, was excellent and a good sport. We had lunch with our 88 year old uncle and she was very accommodating and agreeable to his sense of humor.
The food was good. My husband's salmon came out over cooked (he asked for it medium rare) and mine was on the side of dry. My niçoise salad had mushy (grilled?) tomatoes (I did not particularly enjoy them so soft) - otherwise, I enjoyed the niçoise salad. The halibut and fries was actually pretty good and had large chunks of halibut that made my British uncle pretty happy.
The atmosphere was crazy busy as well as loud. I am happy Bazille was doing so well on a Saturday afternoon. If you go, follow up on the temperatures of your salmon, and perhaps ask to sit away from the busy open kitchen area.
