You likely spent a good amount getting this café up and running and I really want you to succeed! Let me help you, friends!
Friendly staff, good atmosphere and decent prices.
Now about the food:
Bacon was good and the eggs were cooked over-medium, as ordered. 👍
However, I ordered the RC Special, which is supposed come with a biscuit covered with gravy. I got a side of cold gravy and no biscuit. ☹️
After some metaphorical teeth pulling (due to a language barrier), the brought out a plate with more cold gravy and two biscuits that appeared suspiciously to be like the ones out of the can from the dairy section of the supermarket. 🤷♂️
Granted, they weren’t bad, but the breakfast did not live up to my expectations of a new cafe in the Gables.
Between the competition and rapacious overhead you are paying, you are already at risk, like the three previous places at that location.
For the sake of your success, I am imploring you to hire management, kitchen staff and social media marketing people that will set you up for the long haul.
Here’s a recipe for biscuits and gravy. I highly recommend you use it, so long as you have the item on your menu:
